Sunday Coffee ☕️ #0025

December 6, 2020

Good morning!

Psst. DelightChat is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer.

Welcome to the 25th issue of Sunday Coffee. That's quarter of a century through!

What do you call a flashback moment but it's actually in the future? I just had one of those imagining writing the 100th Sunday Coffee newsletter, which would be on Sunday, 15 May 2022.

Coming back to the present, things at DelightChat are picking up steam. Our product is almost completely usable internally, and we aim to replace Gmail with DelightChat for all company email use in the coming weeks. Dogfooding ftw!

More interestingly, our distribution efforts are starting to show early signs of traction. The website got 4000+ impressions on Google Search yesterday. One month back, that number was 200. Two months back, it was 20.

That's why when I came across Taylor Nieman's tweet, about distribution vs product, I just had to pen down my thoughts. I also talk about the path we are taking at DelightChat.

If you feel that way about my blog and newsletter, tell them about me! You can forward this newsletter or try the share links below.

By the way, I teach a course called Learn Programmatic SEO to help grow Google search traffic.

Programmatic SEO is a methodical and data-driven approach to finding keywords, understanding user intent and creating dozens or hundreds of pages of content.

Learn how to apply this framework to your business, whether it's ecommerce, SaaS, or even a side project. No prior SEO knowledge required.
