Good morning!
This week has been eventful. I went on The Top Entrepreneurs podcast and shared SuperLemon's story and up-to-date metrics with Nathan Latka.
I fired 2 customers this week (paying customers 😱) and wrote about why you should fire your bad customers too. Honestly, I was so glad when they sent me a screenshot that they found another app. Oh boy, their support guys are gonna love it.
Sankalp wrote a post about finding the right point in your UX to trigger a paywall. The post highlights our approach and how it helped us achieve a 7.5% install-to-paying customer rate, which I think is phenomenal.
Lastly, a friend asked me who are the top SaaS people to follow on Twitter. I didn't have an answer, so I created it. It's got 30 amazing SaaS folks, and more than 100 people already follow this list (link below).

Milestones come and go, but the reason they become a memory is when you create an event around it to celebrate it.
